Founded by Kelvin Reaves, Esq., a seasoned property developer with over two decades of experience, we have successfully completed more than 300 projects, finding tremendous success in the worlds of commercial and residential real estate.
We are a SAM-registered, self-certified Small Disadvantaged Business, as well as MBE/DBE/SBE-certified in Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia, primarily providing construction, general contracting, real estate, and legal services.
